Executive Director 

Mujtaba Rathore has twelve years of experience in research analysis and project management, working with a number of non-government organizations in Pakistan. He has managed the projects in areas of conflict and peace studies, peacebuilding and reconciliation, rule of law, international law, governance, human rights, education, interfaith harmony, and media studies. Mr. Rathore holds a Diploma in Peacebuilding and Reconciliation from University of Winchester (U.K.), M.A. in Political Science from University of Sargodha, and B.A. LLB, (Sharia and Law) from International Islamic University, Islamabad. Mr. Rathore has participated in several academic events and international forums in Singapore, China, Thailand, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom. He is the author of three books besides many reports, articles and research papers published in national and international journals.


Director, Administration & Finance

Raza Muhammad Rathore has fifteen years of experience in Administration and Finance with expertise, proper skills & experience of leading a result oriented team. He has worked in Government & International Organizations in Leading Management in Projects, Human Resources & Admin, Logistics/Supply Chain, Office and Sales Centers Management. He has MBA, Business Management, degree from Trinity College & University and also a Master of Arts in Urdu Literature, from AJK University. He has excellent configuration skills & capacity to define company direction, optimizing & achieving TARGETS Great Appreciation Awards as part of Emergency Response Team from Mercy Corps USA & ADN Pakistan and project management by working with a number of non-government organizations in Pakistan. He has served as a project manager in Muslim Hands (UK), as a section officer HR S & GAD, AJK Government and also remained as an assistant director in AJK small industries.


Director, Media and Communication  

Sajjad Azhar has extensive experience in journalism, investigative reporting and media relations. Since 1994, he has worked for different national and international newspapers and periodicals and produced a number of reports, interviews and features. He is author of an Urdu-language book “Do Wattan“ (Two Homelands), which describes the lives of Pakistani Diaspora in the United Kingdom.

 


Senior Manager, Human Resource and Operations

Wasif Rathore has 8 years of experience and expertise in change management, stock control management, retail marketing, buying and logistics and operation management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from University of Wales and a Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration from British Institute of Technology and E-Commerce. He has served as a branch manager in The Works (UK), as a Team manager in WM Morrison (UK). He has also been providing his services as a duty manager in TESCO PLC (UK) and as a Customer advisor in Century 24 properties. Being a graduate in business administration and human resources, he put the knowledge to practice for recruitment, training, motivating, coaching, developing store teams and managing their productivity and performance simultaneously. He is experienced in all areas including team leading, customer service, stock control, recruitment, training, disciplinary and staffing issues, and health and safety.


Manager, Information Technology (IT)Communication and Development Officer

Saad Abdullah has 5 years of experience as a research and communication officer in private sector. His area of expertise includes research, data analysis and report writing. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Quaid e Azam University Islamabad. His area of studies include Democracy and Democratic Institutions, Arms Controls disarmament and Non Proliferation, Dimensions of modern strategy, Politics and Foreign Policy of USA, China, Iran and Middle East, Theories of IR, IR since 1945, Human rights, Western and Muslim Political Thoughts, Government and Politics of Pakistan, Politics of India, (Human Resource Management). He has served as a research analyst in a well-known risk assessment and risk management organization TAMBRO private limited in Islamabad. He publishes articles on different issues such as on “Indo-US relations” in Sindh Times, also on “Environmental Changes” in Peda International book.


Finance Officer

Muhammad Furqan has a degree of M.A in commerce from university of Punjab Lahore and a certification from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a meticulous and credible accounting and finance professional with 4 years’ experience in accounting and financial management, internal audit, internal controls and audit and assurance; equipped with extensive knowledge of financial analysis and reporting. He is well-versed in International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); possesses substantial understanding of ISAs, ISQCs and ISREs and having a flair for boosting up bottom-line of business. He is certified in multiple phases of professional development and equipped with impetuous passion for discovering and devising ways to excel in evolving industries; adept at annual audit planning, audit execution and converting analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
